Koh most recently served as chief executive and chief investment officer at OSK International Asset Management, while Mittag joins the firm from SEB Asset Management, where he was an Asia real estate securities portfolio manager focusing on real estate stocks. Both will become part of a 13-member team responsible for managing global real estate strategies under the company. Principal Real Estate Investors manages or subadvises some $47.8 billion in commercial real estate assets globally as at 30 September 2013. It is involved in both public and private equity and debt investment alternatives.
